I don’t know if turning 40 was like stepping into another dimension but it sure feels that way. My 40th birthday was this past weekend and usually my birthdays don’t bother me but this one was different. I remember treating when I turned 30 just like any other day. I just feel that statistically that I have now lived half of my life. That is just a very weird feeling and being overweight like I am doesn’t help matters. I was talking to my neighbor Olga about losing some weight and he told me to check out the HGC diet. That piqued my interest so I looked into it a little and am just a little concerned about some HCG diet dangers that I came across. I need to look into it a little more before I commit. I also need to go buy a new sports car or something since it seems like I’m having a mid-life crisis of some sorts.
